Lori Shubert was awarded 2 patents, both design + utility patent(s), for her invention of creating one-of-a-kind bite size dessert cupcakes that look like maki sushi – rolled buttercream around moist cake, ganache filled, dark chocolate dipped, topped with colorful non pereils.
